 One of our favorite venues is the Knowlton Mansion, which delivers a beautiful environment, and delicious cuisine, making those photos and memories something you’ll be talking about forever!

The Knowlton Mansion is a 13 acre estate, lined with gardens, cocktail terraces, stables, and a beautiful pergola for wedding ceremonies. As well as a state of the art culinary kitchen, and a four-thousand-six-hundred square foot ballroom. Resulting in a truly fairy-tale-like arena within the mansion.

An esteemed team of chefs, and pastry chefs, working with the established Conroy Catering, work hand-in-hand with local farms and venders, as well as utilize their kitchen garden to ensure the best in-season delights. No boxed or frozen desserts, all stocks and sauces are completely homemade, and every hors d'oeuvre made by hand. 

No matter how simple, or elaborate your plans, with the help of over 100 hand picked employees, there is one common goal: to exceed the expectations of clients and their guests with a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
