1. Tents are key

If your wedding venue doesn’t already come equipped with an outdoor pavilion or similar event space, talk to your venue contact about renting a tent. A tent will protect guests from the summer sun and rain.

The same applies if you moved your wedding to your home. Party rental companies often send someone out to take a peek at the space to see what size and type of tent the space allows.

2. Avoid Wearing Heels

Women know that heels and grass just don’t mix! If your wedding will be on a non-paved surface, consider swapping your heels for wedges or flats. Sparkly sneakers are a comfy and fun option.

3. Rent Bathrooms

If you moved your wedding to your home and are keeping your guest list the same, we highly recommend renting a bathroom. A large amount of guests using the restroom can overwhelm the standard home. Companies have luxury bathrooms for rent to accommodate large guest lists that make it feel like you're in a hotel.
